Plywood cases are commonly used when products are being sent by air-freight because they are lighter than full timber cases. Plywood cases are constructed using an ISPM15 timber base so ideal for export outside of the European Union. The Plywood cases are all born from Birch, the bases can we designed either two way or four way for easy use of a forklift and they can be provided with battened lids. By utilising an in-house automated plywood cutting machine, it ensures that our plywood cases quick and fast turnaround for such cases to be constructed. Typical plywood thickness can range from 6mm to 24mm but dependent on customer requirements. Our Plywood cases can also include Polythene Blue Liner – which protect contents from rain splash, Foil Bag for protection of sensitive electrical components and Shrink Wrapping for other general consignments. We can provide Plywood Cases in various dimensions depending on your requirements. We have expertise designing small cases that can protect small artefacts to larger cases that need to protect more rugged pieces of machinery.
